These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AccordBooks Services ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

1. Services

AccordBooks Services provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance services. The specific scope of work will be defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement signed by both parties. We do not provide legal advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information regarding your financial transactions. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you. You retain responsibility for the final approval of tax returns and financial statements.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are billed monthly or as agreed in your engagement letter. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are more than 30 days overdue.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary software, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
